Canapeum is a part of DSI Foods Ltd, specialising in events, hospitality and airline caterering. We have since 1995 provided first and business class meals, canapes and finger food to major international airlines such as Qantas, Air Canada, BA, Emirates and bmi. Canapeum supplies to various companies within different industry sectors on a daily basis including private clients. All canapes, sandwiches and finger food are hand-made to order from our custom built kitchens in our units in North Acton. All our food is carefully created with the very best ingredients drawn upon various cultural influences ensuring variety, premium quality and consistency. Over the years Canapeum has built its reputation on being committed to provide the highest quality food with an amazing appearance at all times.
The concept behind Canapeum’s product range is to ensure that you can select the right menu for your event from a wide range of tried and tested canapes. With a database of over 1300 canapes to choose from we are sure to have something to suit your needs. Our menus consists of traditional Smoked Salmon Blini with Caviar to the more contemporary Seared Tuna with Wasabi and Beetroot Cress on Sesame Toast. You can either choose canapes from our set menus or from the chefs special’s range which offer a wider choice and further innovation in regards to taste and presentation. Our development team is always available to work with you to discuss, design and produce bespoke menus to suit your needs – however unusual. Encompassing a range of prices we are confident that we can find a menu that suits your requirements and budgets.
