Established in 1995, The Production Kitchen supplies the highest quality canapés and meal components to first class sectors of many major international airlines as well as other premium travel industries.

From its humble beginnings, The Production Kitchen developed a reputation for canapés of exceptional quality and innovative design. For 7 years, The Production Kitchen also supplied canapés to clients from many aspects of the hospitality industry including caterers, hotels, restaurants and event companies as well as to many discerning private clients.

In 2002, the decision was made to split The Production Kitchen into 2 companies, one concentrating on transport and in-flight and the other with a focus on the hospitality industry. Trained canapé chefs and sales personnel with specific experience in the hospitality sector were brought in to offer a more specific and dedicated service to these clients and the canapeum brand was born.

canapeum currently supply to many high profile Corporate Hospitality events as well as to many of the country's top hotels, caterers and restaurants.

In 2004, after 9 years of being based together in one building, rapid expansion meant that canapeum and The Production Kitchen were able to move to separate units in the same location and now have 2 office and kitchen units based in Park Royal, enabling us to concentrate even more specifically on our own clients needs.
