Luxurious sushi

Below is a selection of sushi which would be fitting at any high level corporate event. Due to the complexity of sushi there is a minimum order of thirty pieces but this can be split between three varieties.

Prices are per 10 pieces.

• Braised eel on a sesame rice & cucumber roll wrapped with nori £14.50
• Smoked salmon & chive nigiri-maki with salmon roe & sesame £14.50
• Tuna & cucumber roll with seven spices £14.50
• Pumpkin & Chinese cabbage sesame roll with a chive tie £14.00
• Split okra tied with chive garnished with a dab of miso & ginger £14.00
• Omelette with hijiki seaweed & braised soy beans on a rice bed £14.00
• Cucumber & cream cheese sesame roll with chive spears & nori £14.00
• Prosciutto ham wrapped around a rice bed with avruga & chervil £14.50
• Teriyaki chicken & red pepper with black sesame & chives £14.50
• Hoisin duck roll with cucumber garnished with a chive wrap & sesame seeds £14.50

With ea 30 pieces ordered we will supply a tube of wasabi & 30 soy sachets
Minimum order is 10 of each item total of 50 sushi items

Ordering

Due to the delicate nature of sushi with all orders we require a minimum of 48-hours notice. Orders between 500 and 1000 pieces we require 72-hours notice. Any order larger than 1000 please contact us to discuss.
