Using delicate produce and drawn upon different culinary influences our menus is created to offer our clients unusual, exciting and mouth-watering canapes that are as delightful to the eye as they are to the palate.
Each year we launch our new brochure to provide our clients with an fresh selection of canapes to enjoy. You can still find your old favourites and our best sellers but most of the canapes are new, fresh and exiting and have been created by our dedicated development team.

In January 2009 DSI Food extended their product portfolio with the launch of ”Taste Inspira”. We can now offer hand made canapes to suit clients with dietary requirements such as gluten allergy, diary free, vegan and diabetic friendly canapes.
