We have created a product list below which will simply wow guests with taste & presentation.
There are few items which would be sent to you kit form & simply need to be finished off with little effort. Also due to the design of the canapés on some items we do need to put a maximum order level.

MEAT:
• Pink Lamb fillet topped with lime pickle on a rice cake
• Rare beef & celeriac remoulade on toasted croute
• Serrano ham, roasted peppers & a black olive puree
• Spiced lamb with bulger wheat salad & tahini wrapped in a pancake
• Carpaccio of beef with wild rocket & truffle oil
• Mousse de Foie gras with a peppered pineapple relish served in a choux bun
• Moroccan chicken, couscous & baba ganoush in a pastry spoon
• Quenelle of home smoked duck served with an apple cinnamon chutney

VEGE:
• Whole Majule date filled with goats cheese & smoked almond
• Peppered biscotti with goats cheese & smoked cherry tomato & rocket
• Parmesan shortbread with red pepper disc, boccocini & a pesto drizzle
• Bar marked courgette wrap filled with smoked tomato, artichoke & rocket (200max)
• Thai scented vegetables wrapped with a sesame studded pancake
• Pepperdew pepper filled with a spiced guacamole
• Tartlet of blue cheese with pear sprinkled with walnuts
• Mediterranean vegetables with a red onion jam in a sundried tomato tart

FISH:
• Rose of smoked salmon topped with keta & crème fraiche on a potato blini
• White anchovy dressed with black olive tapenade on crostini
• Parcels of smoked salmon filled with crab & wrapped with chive & chervil (200 max)
• Medallion of lobster with a black truffle salsa
• Seared tuna topped with wasabi & beetroot cress on a cucumber triangle– kit form
• Salad of crayfish, with piquillo pepper & harissa in a pastry spoon
• Herbed scone with a light trout mousse topped with a lemon confit
• Salad of white crab meat & mango topped with a lime confit in a cone – kit form
